Our creamy coleslaw features our Hawaiian-style coleslaw dressing. This tangy and tart delight is made with a few of our Island favorites, including the Habanero Mustard from Aunty Lilikoi and Pineapple Puree from Maui Fruit Jewels. We add extra crunch to the slaw with Organic Macadamia Nuts from Island Harvest.

Ingredients

1 bag pre-packaged chopped coleslaw mix

3/4 cup plain Greek yogurt

1 tbsp Aunty Lilikoi Habanero Mustard

1 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar

1 cup pineapple tidbits, drained

Salt and Pepper to taste
Method
Mix the Greek yogurt, mustard, vinegar, and pineapple puree until smooth. Combine this dressing with the coleslaw mix, pineapple tidbits, and macadamia nuts. Chill before serving.
