INGREDIENTS
For the Fruit Salad:
- 1 cup fresh pineapple, chopped
- 1 cup mango, diced
- 1 cup strawberries, hulled and halved
- 1 cup blueberries
- 1 kiwi, peeled and sliced
- 1 banana, sliced (optional – add just before serving)
- Fresh mint leaves for garnish (optional)
For the Honey Lime Glaze:
- 3 tablespoons Wai Meli Macadamia Nut Blossom Honey
- Juice of 2 limes
- Zest of 1 lime
- Pinch of sea salt

Make the glaze:
In a small bowl, whisk together the Wai Meli Macadamia Nut Blossom Honey, lime juice, lime zest, and a pinch of sea salt until smooth. -
Prep the fruit:
Wash, peel, and slice all your fruit into bite-sized pieces. Gently combine in a large mixing bowl. -
Toss with glaze:
Drizzle the honey lime glaze over the fruit. Gently toss to coat every piece in that golden, citrusy shine. -
Chill & serve:
Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to let the flavors meld. Just before serving, garnish with fresh mint leaves if desired.
