Tropical Coleslaw

"But where's the coleslaw?!" 

Have you ever been to a summer backyard BBQ where they don't serve coleslaw? If so, that's probably all you hear because it's such a staple during these seasonal get togethers!

We love a good coleslaw, which is why we're bringing you our favorite Tropical Coleslaw recipe!

This unique side is a cabbage or coleslaw base that we sweeten up with the Passion Fruit Dressing from Aunty Lilikoi. We add a bit of crunch with a sprinkle of Organic Macadamia Nuts from Island Harvest. 

Ingredients

• 1 bag pre-packaged chopped cabbage or coleslaw mix
• 1⁄2 cup mayonnaise
• 1 tbsp sweet pickle relish
• 2 tbsp Aunty Lilikoi Dressing
• 3/4 c chopped mango
• 2 tbsp Island Harvest Organic Macadamia Nuts
• Salt and Pepper to taste

Method

Combine all together and chill.
