- 1 lb Brussels sprouts
- 1 tbsp Aunty Lilikoi Wasabi Passion Mustard
- 1 tbsp Big Island Bees Macadamia Blossom Honey
- To taste: Maui Onion Sea Salt and fresh cracked pepper
- 1 tbsp Maiden Hawaii Macadamia Culinary Oil
- 1 tbsp Butter, unsalted (optional)
Melt butter and macadamia nut oil in large nonstick pan. Add brussels sprouts, toss to mix and add a sprinkle of Maui Onion Sea Salt. Cook and stir until brown and crisp-tender. Stir in Aunty Lilikoi Wasabi Passion Mustard and Big Island Bees Macadamia Nut Blossom Honey until well combined and caramelized.
