Crockpot Kalua Pork

Crockpot Kalua Pork

We love a good smoky roast, which is why we're sharing our family-favorite recipe for Crockpot Kalua Pork today.

Summer is just around the corner, and we know you'd much rather sit outside with an icy cold refresher than be cooped up in the kitchen cooking. Our Crockpot Kalua Pork recipe lets you set it, forget it, and still serve up a smoky and tender summer dish.

We season the pork with Kiawe Liquid Smoke from For J's and the Kiawe Smoke Gourmet Sea SaltHawaiian Kiawe wood is known for making great charcoal for BBQs and is a relative to mesquite, so it's the perfect thing to create an intense flavor.
