Chocolate and chia are a match made in heaven with this Chocolate Hawaiian Cacao Nib Chia Pudding! 

The Cocoa "Nibs" from Puna Chocolate Co. add a boost of antioxidants to this nutritious and satisfying recipe that makes a great breakfast, snack, or dessert. Mix in Big Island Bees Lehua Honey with Vanilla Bean for a lush balance of naturally added sweetness. Combined with Sol Remedies Holy Cacao Chocolate Superfood blend that both your body & tastes buds will rejoice!

Ingredients

1/4 cup chia seeds

1 scoop chocolate protein powder 

1 tablespoon Sol Remedies Holy Cacao 

1 cup unsweetened Macadamia Nut Milk 

1 tsp Big Island Bees Vanilla Bean Lehua Honey

1 tablespoon Puna Chocolate Single Source Hawaiian Cacao Nibs

Method

  1. In a bowl, add chia seeds, protein powder, Sol Remedies Holy Cacao powder, macadamia nut milk and sweetener.
  2. Stir to combine and chill in refrigerator for 30 minutes.
  3. Stir mixture again and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
  4. Top with Puna Chocolate Hawaiian Cacao Nibs and Big Island Bees Lehua Honey with Vanilla Bean.
