Strawberry Haupia Pudding
Haupia (how-pee-ah) is a classic Hawaiian dessert that is often found at luaus and holiday gatherings. However, we love to enjoy it any time! On the island, it's even used as a popular wedding cake topping.
This creamy, coconut-based dessert is traditionally cut into squares and made with just four simple ingredients (grated coconut, cornstarch, sugar, and water).
Today on the Tastes of Aloha blog, we're mixing tradition up and sharing our favorite recipe for 3-ingredient Strawberry Haupia Pudding! This quick and easy recipe features the just-add-water Haupia Pudding Mix from Hawaii's Best (which tastes unbelievably fresh). For an added boost of coconut flavor, top your pudding with the creamy and sweet Coconut Syrup from Dip into Paradise.
