Ingredients
- 1 jar Mango Butter from Dip into Paradise
- 1 tbs Maiden Hawaii Macadamia Nut Oil
- 1 pound large raw shrimp, peeled and deveined
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon pepper
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
Method
- Add salt, pepper, macadamia nut oil, and minced garlic to shrimp in a large bowl. Toss to coat.
- In a large saucepan, add shrimp. Cook for 1 minute and add mango butter. Cook for another minute or until shrimp have turned pink and begin to curl up slightly. Remove from heat.
- Add to a serving dish and garnish with parsley. Serve over noodles or rice.
