Need a 5-Minute Dinner Idea for those busy summer nights?
Our Mango Shrimp recipe is just what you need for a quick and balanced meal! High in protein with a sweet & tangy balance of mango, this is a dish your entire family will love!
We marinate the shrimp in the Dip Into Paradise Mango Butter. This is made with Hawaiian mango, butter, and sugar and is usually used for sweet recipes like fruit dips or waffle toppings. However, our culinary creativity got the best of us, so we tried it with the shrimp and loved it!
We cook the shrimp in the Premium Macadamia Nut Oil from Maiden Hawaii Naturals for a buttery base. This oil is made from Hawaiian-grown Macadamia Nuts. It's expeller-pressed and can be heated up to 420 degrees!
We recommend serving this over your favorite pasta or rice with a side of broccoli.
1 jar Mango Butter from Dip Into Paradise
1 tbs Premium Macadamia Nut Oil from Maiden Hawaii Naturals
1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
½ tsp salt
½ tsp pepper
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbs fresh parsley, chopped
Add salt, pepper, macadamia nut oil, and minced garlic to shrimp in a large bowl. Toss to coat.
In a large saucepan, add shrimp. Cook for 1 minute and add mango butter. Cook for another minute or until shrimp have turned pink and begin to curl up slightly. Remove from heat.
Add to a serving dish and garnish with parsley. Serve over noodles or rice.
