The sweet, tropical flavors of guava and coconut make this dessert the perfect way to celebrate Spring. It's an easy-to-make crowd pleaser that your Easter or Spring celebration guests will love.

The base of this recipe features the five-star Creamy Coconut Bread Pudding Mix from Hawaii's Best. For the guava goodness, we add in Guava Paste (made with real Hawaii-grown guavas) from Maui Fruit Jewels. Once the bread pudding is ready, we tie it all together with a coconut syrup drizzle from Maui Upcountry.

Ingredients

1 - package of Hawaii’s Best. Creamy Coconut Bread Pudding Mix
9 slices of bread (day old or fresh)
2 cups water
4 large eggs, beaten
3 TBS Salted Butter
1/2 cup of cubed Maui Fruit Jewels Guava Paste + extra for garnish
Maui Upcountry Coconut Syrup

Directions

Prepare Bread Pudding according to package directions.
During the bread preparation of the directions, add the 1/2 cup of cubed guava paste and gently toss with bread cubes.
Continue with package directions.
Top bread pudding with extra cubed guava paste cubes and serve with a drizzle of Maui Up Country Coconut Syrup.
