Then, it's covered in a tropical glaze that's made from Guava Jam, Pineapple Mustard, and Pineapple Puree.

1 - 5 lb- 8lb bone in spiral sliced ham
5 Tbsp Dip into Paradise Pineapple Mustard
1 C brown sugar
1 cup Maui Upcountry Guava Jam
2 Tbsp dark brown sugar
1 Tbsp Dip into Paradise Pineapple Mustard
¼ C white wine
1/2 c Maui Fruit Jewels Pineapple Puree
¼ C ketchup
In a deep dish roasting pan add the ham.
Spread pineapple mustard over entire ham.
Pat brown sugar on top of mustard layer over entire ham.
Bake ham at 275 degrees for 2 hours, tent ham with foil for last 30 minutes of baking.
Add all ingredients for glaze in a saucepan and cook until combined well.
Pour the glaze over the ham the last 30 minutes of baking.
