This sweet and savory ham is smothered in a combination of Pineapple Mustard from Dip Into Paradise and brown sugar for a unique, tangy taste.

Then, it's covered in a tropical glaze that's made from Guava Jam, Pineapple Mustard, and Pineapple Puree.

This is an Easter recipe unlike one you've ever had before, but it's certainly one you'll want again and again! Try serving it with our Bourbon Glazed Honey Carrots for a boost of veggies.

Ingredients

1 - 5 lb- 8lb bone in spiral sliced ham
5 Tbsp Dip into Paradise Pineapple Mustard
1 C brown sugar

Glaze

1 cup Maui Upcountry Guava Jam
2 Tbsp dark brown sugar
1 Tbsp Dip into Paradise Pineapple Mustard
¼ C white wine
1/2 c Maui Fruit Jewels Pineapple Puree
¼ C ketchup

Directions

In a deep dish roasting pan add the ham.
Spread pineapple mustard over entire ham.
Pat brown sugar on top of mustard layer over entire ham.
Bake ham at 275 degrees for 2 hours, tent ham with foil for last 30 minutes of baking.
