Hawaiian Tropical Green Smoothie
Happy New Year!
After all the indulgences of the holidays we were ready for a green tropical smoothie recipe! One of our favorites; super easy to make, super healthy + a little secret ingredient that keeps you satisfied and ups the protein in this smoothie.
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 Banana, frozen
- 1/3 cup Avocado
- 1/2 cup Pineapple, frozen
- 1 cup Kale, fresh
- 2 Tbs North Shore Goodies Coconut Peanut Butter
- 1 cup Ice
- 1 cup Unsweetened Almond Milk or liquid of your choice
METHOD:
Add all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Makes 2 servings.
