2 large eggs
2 - 21/2 lbs of boneless chicken cut into bite size pieces
Vegetable oil for frying
For the Honey Mustard Dipping Sauce:
1/4 c Mayonnaise
For the Mochiko Chicken: Follow the package instructions.
