Kona Coffee Rub Chicken

This is a simple, but savory, weeknight dish you can throw together with very little prep time and just 3 ingredients!. Once you've added seasonings to your chicken, pop it in the oven and you have a nutritious and juicy dinner the entire family will love! *Are you a multi-tasker? The oven time will allow you to check a few things off of your weeknight to-do list as it cooks!
We use the Macadamia Nut Premium Culinary Oil from Maiden Hawaii Naturals to add a buttery, full-bodied flavor to the chicken. Then, we sprinkle a generous amount of Kona Coffee Seasoning & Rub from Ohana Spice Trading Co. to add a deep roasted flavor with a slightly sweet finish.

Ingredients
- 6 boneless chicken tenderloins (about 2 ½ - 3 pounds)
- 2 tablespoons Maiden Hawaii Macadamia Nut Oil
- 3 - 4 tablespoons Ohana Traditions Kona Coffee Rub & Seasoning
Method

Preheat oven 425°

Pat the chicken breasts with a paper towel to dry.

Place the chicken breasts on baking sheet skin side down and drizzle with Maiden Hawaii Macadamia Nut Oil.

Liberally sprinkle chicken breasts with Ohana Spice Trading Kona Coffee Rub

Flip over chicken breasts and repeat step above.

Roast in the oven for 40 - 45 minutes until internal temp reaches 165.
