Ono Kalua Pork best with Kiawe Liquid Smoke.
I grew up in the Southern US and lived many years in Hawaii. BBQ is a staple for me. I love good BBQ, and the best BBQ doesn't need a sauce. Mesquite smoke is close, but not close enough for Kalua Pork. Kiawe Liquid Smoke is an absolute must for good Kalua Pork.
