Haupia (how-pee-ah) is a classic Hawaiian dessert that is often found at luaus and holiday gatherings. However, we love to enjoy it any time! On the island, it's even used as a popular wedding cake topping.

Our Strawberry Haupia Pudding features the just-add-water Haupia Pudding Mix from Hawaii's Best. We take this creamy, coconut-based pudding and pairing it with sweet strawberries for a quick and easy 3-ingredient treat.

Strawberries
Dip Into Paradise Coconut Syrup (optional)

Directions

Prepare haupia pudding according to package instructions.
Slice strawberries.
In a glass, layer haupia pudding, layer strawberries, and alternate to about 3/4 to the top. Drizzle with coconut syrup if desired (but we highly recommend!)
