4th of July Coconut Popsicles
Do you remember celebrating the 4th of July with those red, white, and blue bomb pops? Those are childhood memories I'm sure most of us will never forget! Honestly, there's nothing better than cooling off on the 4th with a fun-flavored popsicle! This year, we're changing things up a bit and swapping out the traditional 4th of July pop with one that's a little more tropical!
Our 4th of July Coconut Popsicles will hit the spot during your warm weather celebration. These creamy treats feature the NOH Coconut Milk Powder, which is an easy-to-use, just-add-water mix.The Lehua Honey with Vanilla Bean from Big Island Bees adds a smooth taste of pure vanilla beans with crystallized Hawaiian honey.
For those who prefer (or require) to go dairy-free, we also have a recipe for you!
Ingredients (with dairy)
- 1 3/4 cup NOH Coconut Milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3 tablespoons Big Island Bees Vanilla Bean Lehua honey
- 1/4 cup fresh raspberries
- 1/4 cup fresh blueberries
- 1/4 cup fresh blackberries
Ingredients (non-dairy)
- 1 3/4 cup prepared Hawaii’s Best Coconut Syrup & Delights Package
- 1 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 2 tablespoons Big Island Bees Vanilla Bean Lehua honey
- 1/4 cup fresh raspberries
- 1/4 cup fresh blueberries
Method
- In a small bow prepare coconut milk according to package directions
- Add vanilla extract and honey.
- Add berries to 8 popsicle molds. Include each color berry to get the Red, White, Blue theme
- Add coconut milk mixture in each popsicle mold until each mold is full.
- Add popsicle mold top and stick popsicle stick into each mold.
- Put in the freezer for 5 hours or overnight.
- Enjoy under the nighttime fireworks!
