Somewhat disappointed

My husband thought it was too sweet, and I thought it was too mustardy and missing acidity and tang. Will have to mix in more vinegar

I love this salad dressing. It is my family's favorite dressing. We eat a lot of fish and this goes well on a salad with fish in particular.
