Kiawe Liquid Smoke - Kiawe (pronounced "kee-ah-vay") is a cousin to mesquite but with a deeper more intense flavor.

Ono Kalua Pork best with Kiawe Liquid Smoke.

I grew up in the Southern US and lived many years in Hawaii. BBQ is a staple for me. I love good BBQ, and the best BBQ doesn't need a sauce. Mesquite smoke is close, but not close enough for Kalua Pork. Kiawe Liquid Smoke is an absolute must for good Kalua Pork.

Really love this product. My first purchase was a larger bottle, hope that you guys start selling the larger bottle. I feel I’ll be going through this small bottle pretty quickly.
