Ube Rice Cakes are bite-sized desserts made from a creamy combination of coconut milk, rice flour, and evaporated milk.

We mix Ube Syrup from Hamakua Coast Premium into the dough to add the subtly sweet and nutty flavor that ube has to offer! Fun fact > This high-quality syrup is handcrafted and made on the Island of Hawai'i! The purple color is all-natural and there are no artificial flavors or ingredients.
