We love to use Aunty Lilikoi's Passion Fruit Vinaigrette to top it off with a tropical flavor you're sure to enjoy. This unique and flavorful dressing is made with the freshest all-natural ingredients derived straight from the beautiful island of Kauai.

Ingredients

4 cups Arugula
1 1/4 cup Strawberries, quartered
1/4 cup Island Harvest Macadamia Nuts
1/3 cup Crumbled Goat Cheese
1/4 cup - Aunty Lilikoi Passion Fruit Vinaigrette or as desired

Method

In a large bowl, place the ingredients in these steps:

1. Arugula
2. Strawberries
3. Goat Cheese
4. Macadamia Nuts

Drizzle Aunty Lilikoi Passion Fruit Vinaigrette over the salad, toss lightly, serve immediately!
