If you have been to Hawaii then you know of the heavenly malasada! This popular Portuguese dessert is a favorite treat among Hawaiians and visitors, with each bakery in Hawaii putting its own unique twist on it. Use this mix to make the ever popular Mochi Donut! 

Ingredients: Modified tapioca starch, wheat starch, rice flour, vital wheat gluten, milk powder, baking powder, sugar

Yummy yummy yummy!!!!

I bought a couple bags just to try and boy was it good!!! Crispy on the outside and chewy on the inside. I even ate without the sugar on the outside and it was still ono!!! So I bought another half dozen bags to give to family and friends.

I was looking for some type of malasadas mix for my son who lives in Texas since I bought a Malasadas muffin mix during the Christmas season and they loved it but can’t find the vendor anymore. So this mochi Malasadas was sent in place and was a very good replacement.
