On my first trip to trip to the big island of Hawaii's many, many years ago, one of my activities on a tour bus included visits to several of the Kona coffee companies. Once I tasted Aloha's brand of coffee bean coffee, that changed my husbands and my buying habits. My husband and I only purchase this brand and have never bought any other coffee in our home state of Maryland. I've been buying the Farmer's Choice coffee beans exclusively for more than 5 years. This is the absolutely the best coffee my husband and I have ever brewed, and we love it's aroma and flavor and unique taste. We decided to buy Aloha's coffee exclusively and have never purchased any other. We buy Farmer's Choice coffee beans in bulk 5 pound bags exclusively. One time I messed up and didn't specify "ground" and instead received whole beans, I called and Aloha allowed me to return the bags of whole beans, which they then either ground them and returned the same beans to me or replaced those bags of whole beans with a bags of ground coffee beans. This company is super customer friendly, competent, sells the best Kona-grown coffee beans in our opinion we think, and we recommend it all of the time to any of our coffee-loving friends. Also, at first when I was using the online order form in the beginning, I had a problem completing one section of the order form. But when I called, the customer service, the person with whom I dealt was warm, friendly, competent, knew who I was and enabled me to complete the order and conveyed the issue I was having in a critical section of the online form to whomever does the software web design, That section would turn dark so that I couldn't see what information was needed in the section of the online order form and that meant I couldn't complete the online order. The problem I'd encountered and described to the customer rep must have been given to whomever does the webpage software design. Since then, I've been able to use the form to place my online orders easily,
