Lilikoi Mustard Glazed Ham

Lilikoi Mustard Glazed Ham

Preparing your Easter Dinner (or Brunch) Menu?

We LOVE using Aunty Lilikoi's Passion Fruit Mustard with our Easter Ham. Anticipate a mild spicy flavor with a sweet and fruity finish to this Lilikoi Mustard Glazed Ham.

INGREDIENTS:

METHOD:

Heat oven to 325 degrees. Place the ham onto the rack in a roasting pan and add the 1/2 cup of water to the bottom of the pan. Tightly wrap with foil to ensure the ham can get a good steam. Bake as instructed on ham packaging.
Begin the glaze when the ham has 20 minutes left to cook.
Baste 1/2 cup of ham drippings and put in a separate pan on the stove-top. Recover ham with foil tightly and resume baking.

Add the Big Island Bees Macadamia Nut Honey, Aunty Lilikoi Passion Fruit Mustard, and For J's Lilikoi Sugar to the ham drippings. Bring the glaze to a low simmer and simmer for 5 minutes. Set to the side.
Once the ham has been cooked completely according to package instructions, take it out of the oven. Increase the oven temperature to 425 degrees and pour half the glaze over top of the ham and place in oven for 10 minutes with no foil. Pour the rest of the glaze over top and cook another 5-7 minutes.

Remove from oven and let rest 10 minutes before serving.

Enjoy!
