Protein Kona Coffee Smoothie
We're reaching our goals with a jolt this year with our Protein Kona Coffee Smoothie Recipe.
Since we're setting healthy intentions for 2024 and our Aloha Flavor of The Month is coffee, we thought this was a great way to celebrate both.
Our Protein Kona Coffee Smoothie is made with the 100% Kona Coffee from Volcano Coffee Company for a rich, full-bodied flavor. These beans are harvested from the volcanic soil found on the slopes of Hualalai and Mauna Loa, and roasted in small batches for the ultimate freshness.
We take this high-quality brew (available in whole bean or ground coffee) and mix it with good-for-you ingredients for a breakfast or pick-me-up that will pack a punch of protein.
Ingredients
- 1 cup ice
- 1/2 frozen banana
- 1 cup Volcano Coffee Company 100% Kona Coffee, brewed
- 3/4 cup Almond Milk or your milk of choice
- 1 scoop of your go to Protein Powder
Method
Combine all in blender, blend on high until mixed.
If you want your smoothie to be thicker, add more banana.
For a thinner consistency, add more almond milk (or coffee if you need that extra perk!)
Serve immediately and enjoy the jolt!
