Hamakua Ube Latte
We're revamping our fan-favorite Ube Latte recipe in honor of our Hawaiian Flavor of the Month! Ube is a versatile yam that was brought to Hawaii by Filipino immigrants and is used in many culinary creations! We enjoy it in our lattes, pancakes, cocktails, and more.
The base of our Ube Latte is made with 100% Kona Coffee from Volcano Coffee Company. Straight from the Big Island of Hawaii, this medium-dark coffee is grown from the most mineral-rich volcanic soil in the world.
We add Ube Syrup from Hamakua Coast Premium for a slightly sweet and nutty flavor with a fun splash of purple color.
Enjoy this pretty afternoon pick-me-up hot or over ice!
Ingredients
- 2 T. Hamakua Coast Premium Ube Syrup
- Ice to your liking

- Whip Cream
Method
