Kailua Honey Barrel Aged Bourbon Infused Honey

This honey is produced in collaboration with Ko`olau Distillery in Kailua.

Raw Hawaiian Honey is aged in Bourbon Barrels. After they remove the honey, they return the barrels to Ko`olau Distillery who produce a limited edition Honey Bourbon in the same barrels.
