 By Da Big Island Burn, Hawaiian Chile Pepper Water.  A staple on the table in any Hawaiian hale (house). Hawaiian chile peppers, Hawaiian sea salt, garlic and vinegar make for a sauce that adds small kine fire to your dish without changing the flavor.  Go local style and take a shot to get you ready for the day or with your beer for pau hana (finish work). Add to your shoyu sauce for an extra kick!

Da Big Island Burn is a 100% female owned and operated small batch hot sauce company located in Kailua Kona, on Da Big Island of Hawaii. They blend local Hawaiian specialties, such as pineapple, mango, 100% Kona Coffee and lilikoi (aka passion fruit), with Hawaiian chile peppers and local organic honey to create a deliciously spicy taste of the Hawaiian Islands.

So, I ordered the regular Chile Pepper Water, and I received the Pineapple Lilikoi. Can't be mad, though. It isn't what I ordered, but it is still delicious

Da Big Island Burn is amazing!

Bought this chili pepper water after a relative turned me onto the condiment! Da Big Island Burn is just the right amount of heat and taste. My only problem is I didn't buy enough... i use it on everything. Will be buying more here soon.
