One of Hawaii's Favorite Island Dessert - Hawaiian Butter Mochi is a local Hawaiian treat made with sweet rice flour, butter, eggs, coconut milk and few other baking ingredients. This easy to prepare mix has all the dry ingredients ready for you - just add water, eggs, and butter (more if you want to enhance the butter flavor).

Ingredients: Cane Sugar, Sweet Rice Flour, Coconut Milk Powder (Maltodextrin and Sodium Caseinate), Baking Powder, Corn Starch, Salt.
