Da Kine Hawaiian's delicious Pineapple Syrup is full of island flavor. Great on pancakes, waffles, french toast, ice cream, or use as a glaze for meatballs, hams,  barbecued meats and fish!
Made with pineapple juice, this syrup is also gluten free!

Ingredients : pineapple Juice, Water, Sugar, Modified Corn Starch, Lemon Juice from Concentrate, ( Sodium Benzoate, Sodium Metabisulfite, & Sodium Sulfite as preservatives ), Lemon oil.

So sorry to have to give a bad report on this. I usually love every single item I buy in this store, and I have bought a lot.

Unfortunately, the flavor is very weak. I was very shocked that they would put this product out actually. I was expecting a more vibrant and concentrated pineapple flavor. It did not add any pineapple flavor to my recipes or drinks. Then it grew mold very quickly, so ended up having to throw it out which was no great loss except for the money spent buying it.

This was actually a gift for our son (who is a chef in New Orleans) and his girlfriend. Although it was sent knowing she loves pancakes, he also used it to make a “pina colada” chicken dish. The feedback was, “We LOVED this syrup!!!!!!”

This Da Kine Pineapple Syrup is more than just a sweet treat

I have ordered this Da Kine Pineapple Syrup multiple times. Besides pancakes I drizzle it in salads, blend with fruit compote cooked on the stove, in yogurt and more. Not too sweet but filled with flavor its the perfect combination.

I'm glad I finally ordered my own bottle. The very first time I tried was at my moms house when she made me pancakes. I fell in love with how balanced the syrup is with so much pineapple flavor and not super duper sweet. It was just right. Any how that's how I heard of this syrup. Thank you for amazing products.
