Method

  1. Add salt, pepper, macadamia nut oil, and minced garlic to shrimp in a large bowl. Toss to coat.
  2. In a large saucepan, add shrimp. Cook for 1 minute and add mango butter. Cook for another minute or until shrimp have turned pink and begin to curl up slightly. Remove from heat.
  3. Add to a serving dish and garnish with parsley. Serve over noodles or rice.
