Passion Fruit Teriyaki Chicken

This dish features the Aunty Lilikoi Passion Fruit Teriyaki Sauce, which is made right here on the beautiful island of Kauai with a combination of passion fruit, ginger, garlic, and sesame oil.

- 1 cup Aunty Lilikoi Passion Fruit Teriyaki Sauce + extra for dipping!
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 8 pcs Boneless, Skinless Chicken Thighs
- In a large plastic bag add the chicken, Aunty Lilikoi Teriyaki Sauce and minced garlic and marinate over night, turning at least once.
- Grill BBQ Chicken: Preheat grill to medium heat. Place the marinated BBQ chicken in the center of the grill. Grill for 12 to 15 minutes. Flip the chicken over halfway through and finish grilling on the other side until the internal temperature of the chicken reaches 165 degrees Fahrenheit.
Serve over rice and a side of your favorite veggie!
